Audio Quality
Expected accuracy at the three price options is based on reasonable quality audio. If your audio is difficult it might adversely affect the accuracy. In such cases we will contact you as soon as possible to give an estimation of the likely accuracy at your chosen price option and suggest how to proceed.
Disclaimer
Sometimes errors happen, sometimes delays happen. We'll try to sort it out but Pods in Print accepts no liability and offers no warranties in relation to our transcription services, to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law.
Privacy
Your email address and any files supporting the transcription assignment are treated as confidential. Your contact details will never be sold or transferred to a third party (except on a sale of our business) and we will only contact you in relation to transcription services.
Intellectual Property
We tend to focus on accurately transcribing the audio put in front of us. By assigning us such a task you indemnify us against third-party claims for infringement of intellectual property or other rights (e.g., confidentiality, release) arising from acting on your instructions.
These terms are governed by and to be construed in accordance with English law and under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
